Austin Air Healthmate PLUS Junior Replacement Filter

The Austin Air HealthMate Plus Junior Filter is the ultimate protection filter from the Austin Air Filter family.

The Austin Air HealthMate Jr. Plus Filter provides the same benefits as the standard Austin Air HealthMate Filters and additionally includes potassium iodide (along with the zeolite), delivering greater relief for people with severe chemical sensitivities. We recommend the Austin Air HealthMate Jr. Plus Filter where there is need for cleaning the air in difficult air quality problem locations, tough jobs and for locations with there are heavy concentrations of air pollution.

The Austin Air Healthmate Plus Junior HEPA Replacement filter is impregnated with Potassium Iodide for absorption of more odors and gases, the SuperBlend filter is specifically designed for the Chemically Sensitive person.

Along with all of the protection of the standard HEPA filter, the carbon/zeolite in the SuperBlend has been specially treated with potassium iodide – a special compound that enhances the absorption of thousands of odors and gases.

Filter Specifications 

• STAGE 1 – Large Particle Pre-filter. Removes particles easily seen by the naked eye (e.g. dust, hair and pet dander).
• STAGE 2 – Medium Particle Pre-filter. Removes small to medium size particles (e.g. molds, spores and pollen) Color: gray, blue or green
• STAGE 3 – Over 270 cubic inches of Activated Carbon, Potassium Iodide Impregnated Carbon and Zeolite. Removes Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), formaldehyde, benzenes, chemicals, gases and odors.
• STAGE 4 – 30 sq. ft. of True Medical Grade HEPA. Removes 99.97% of all particles larger than 0.3 microns and 95% of all particles larger than 0.1 microns.

It measures 9.75″D x 11.25″H with foam gaskets for a tight seal.

All replacement filter cartridges will also come with a replacement pre-filter.

Note:  When selecting your Pre-Filter color, you will select White for the White, Sandstone, Pink or Baby Blue Models.  Black is for use in the Black or Midnight Blue models.
