The HealthMate Plus Filter is designed to fit into all our standard size Austin Air Purifiers. This filter has all the design features as the standard HealthMate Filter with an additional additive of potassium iodide. This mineral combined with the activated carbon and zeolite, delivering greater capacity for removal of chemical gases, or Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), thus improving relief for people for the severely chemical sensitive and effectiveness in highly contaminated air spaces. It is recommended for people who have heavy air quality problems and those that are chemical sensitive.

Austin Air Healthmate PLUS Replacement HEPA Air Filter is a long lasting replaceable filter that comes with a 5 year pro-rated Warranty, when used under normal residential conditions.

It meets all true HEPA standards, trapping 99.97% of all particles larger than .3 microns (1/300th the diameter of a human hair). Efficiently removes most allergens including pollen, pet dander, tobacco smoke, mold, and bacteria.

This filter contains over 15 lbs. of solid Activated Carbon and Zeolite, along with additional filter additives to help capture Formaldehyde and other gasses.

Filter Specifications

• STAGE 1 – Large Particle Pre-filter Removes particles easily seen by the (e.g.dust, hair and pet dander)
• STAGE 2 – Medium Particle Pre-filter Removes small to medium size particles (e.g.molds, spores and pollen)
• STAGE 3 – 15 lbs. of Activated Carbon and Zeolite impregnated with potassium iodide removes chemicals, gases and odours and VOCs, including formaldehyde.
• STAGE 4 – 60 sq.ft.of Certified HEPA Removes 99.97% of all particles larger than 0.3 microns

It measures 13.5″D x 14.5″H with foam gaskets for a tight seal.

All replacement filter cartridges will also come with a replacement pre-filter.

Note:  When selecting your Pre-Filter color, you will select White for the White, Sandstone, Pink or Baby Blue Models.  Black is for use in the Black or Midnight Blue models.
