Health officials have reiterated that a lack of mass testing means the number of true cases in the state is likely four to 10 times higher. More than 34,800 people have been tested, including nearly 2,500 individuals Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Officials also confirmed 67 outbreaks at residential and non-hospital residential and non-hospital health care facilities, with as many as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.denverpost.com\/2020\/04\/11\/coronavirus-covid-deaths-aurora-juniper-villiage\/\">eight deaths at one Aurora facility<\/a> prompting a state investigation.<\/p>\n<p>The state health department announces\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/covid19.colorado.gov\/case-data\">new totals daily<\/a> of coronavirus deaths and confirmed cases based on what\u2019s reported up from Colorado\u2019s counties; though the deaths and positive test results may be announced on a particular day, they may have occurred any time in the past and are just now being reported to the state.
